چکیده

Abstract: Background and Objectives: In nanotechnology, biosynthesis of nanoparticles has gained considerable attention. Development synthesis plant based metallic with improved properties less undesirable effects have many advantages over the conventional methods. addition to performing their intended function, these phyto antioxidant functionalized can protect against oxidative damage. Pergularia daemia is a therapeutic that been explored identified excellent pharmacological activity, but reported. this study, Zinc Oxide (ZnO) were manufactured from aqueous extract; main objective was evaluate anticancer on A549 cancer cell line. Materials Methods: Aqueous leaf extract prepared, inspired nanoparticle evaluated by FTIR SEM. The viability cytotoxicity ZnO nanoparticles, at various doses, confirmed Trypan blue MTT assay. property investigated estimating Reactive Oxygen Species, Lipid Peroxidase Nitric estimation BAX PARP gene expression Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Results: A decreasing increasing observed in green synthesized dose. Our data enhances activity scavenging free radicals. Elevated apoptotic protein down regulated synthesize treated cells. Conclusion: Based above findings are effective lines proving anti-cancer activity. Keywords: daemia, Nanoparticles, line, Anti-cancer gene, gene.

ANTI CANCER ACTIVITY OF ZnO NANOPARTICLES on MCF7 (BREAST CANCER CELL) AND A549 (LUNG CANCER CELL)

ZnO nanoparticles have been proved to be promising in cancer treatment, including the tumor cells destruction with minimal damage to the healthy cells. In the present study highly pure ZnO nano particles with a narrow size distribution of 16-19 nm were prepared by the simple DMC (Dry Mechano-Chemical) method in the lab. The anticancer activity on MCF7 (Breast cancer cell) and A549 (Lung Cancer ...

Evaluation of Anti-cancer activity of Boswellic acid and Montelukast sodium against human prostate cancer cell line PC-3

Prostate cancer is a devastating disease for which current therapies are inadequate. Various lines of evidences have suggested the 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) pathway and the leukotriene receptor pathway are potential targets for prevention or treatment of Prostate cancer. Thus, search for new anti-cancer drugs targeting 5-LOX and leukotriene is very essential and important. The objective of the pre...
